The Edron Academy

Founded in 1963, the Edron Academy is the leading British International School in Mexico City.

The Edron  Academy is a vibrant, inclusive and caring school with a values driven approach to education. We believe that education is about the whole child and we place great emphasis on supporting our students' social and emotional wellbeing and development alongside the rigorous internationally recognised curriculum.

Our students learn in a fully bilingual and bicultural environment and whilst the majority of classes are delivered in English, our students are confident communicators in both English and Spanish and go on to study at some of the best universities in Mexico and abroad.

The Edron Academy has approximately 1000 students aged 18 months to 18 years who follow the English National Curriculum (including EYFS) in the kindergarten, primary school and lower secondary and the IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes in upper secondary.

As a not-for-profit school we are 100% focused on our students learning and ensuring that their daily experience is engaging, challenging and fun. We are a progressive school committed to the best pedagogical approaches and programmes both inside and outside the classroom.
