About Wrenn School
Located in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, Wrenn School is a secondary school for boys and girls aged 11-18. The establishment has two campuses: London Road, for Years 7-8 and the sixth-form; and Doddington Road, for Years 9-11. The coeducational school has 1,070 pupils, including 135 in the sixth form.
Wrenn School's origins lie in Wellingborough High School for girls and Wellingborough Grammar School for boys, which both shared the site in 1930. The two schools merged in 1975. Wrenn School gained academy status in 2013. Its sixth-form facilities have recently been expanded and a new ICT learning hub has been created.

We believe that our students should receive an excellent education with opportunities to succeed beyond their potential, encouraging them to become confident, independent young adults, balanced by compassion and respect for others.
Wrenn School has the ambition, the expertise and the determination to ensure that our outcomes will continue to improve beyond our current P8 score of +0.19. To do this, it is vital that we attract the right calibre of professional to work alongside our dedicated team of staff. We are looking for a colleague who shares the clear vision that the child is at the heart of everything we do, who can enjoy positive, professional relationships with young people and who demonstrates high levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
