How to customise your application forms
This guide will show you how to customise your application forms.
When creating your vacancy in the new ATS, you have the option to gather applications using Schrole Connect.
Schrole Connect is the quick apply function. When you opt to use Schrole Connect, the candidates applies with a simple click and their profile automatically informs their application.
This speeds up the application process for candidates as they don’t have to re-enter their career history when filling in your application. They do it once and press submit.
The only additional bits of information a candidate will need to fill in is your Custom Questions and, if you request, supply a Cover Letter.
Depending on the job role you are looking to fill, you can customise the application form to determine what information will be pulled from the candidate’s profile.
Manage profile requirements
- From your Tes Staff Management ATS, click Create a Vacancy
- Follow steps in our Create a Vacancy article to fill out our vacancy details
- Navigate to the Application Requirements stage and click Manage profile requirements
- Select the information you require candidates to submit when applying for that vacancy by ticking the corresponding boxes
- Press Save changes
Request a cover letter
If the vacancy requires applicants to submit a cover letter, you can make this a required element at this stage.
- Under the Application Requirements stage, toggle the Require applicants to provide a cover letter from red (not required) to green (required).
What is collected from the profile?
Each profile is separated into six sections. You can choose what section is relevant to your vacancy.
