I have a passionate belief that students should leave school with independent, enquiring minds and an enduring enthusiasm for learning. Successful learning can only take place in an orderly environment where students are expected to work hard and support the ethos of the school. The process of learning should be as stimulating, challenging and exciting as possible. Students should be encouraged to develop confidence and creativity alongside honesty, sensitivity and compassion in order to lead rich and fulfilling lives.
