A fantastic resource for those teaching BTEC Level 1 Introductory. This resource includes starter activities and plenary tasks, differentiated learning objectives, tasks with differentiation, employability tasks, and Maths and English tasks included (where possible). The resource is very interactive and has been put together by teachers to improve consistency.
There are seven PowerPoints that relate to Learning Aim A and B. There are attached worksheets which help with the delivery of the Unit. The unit also includes an assignment workbook to aid the delivery and, therefore suits the level of the learner.
This 30-mark assessment test is source-based and follows the same format as the Edexcel International IGCSE exams. It covers Unit 4 of the IGCSE syllabus entitled Marketing. The test includes a 6-mark Analyse questions as well as a 9-mark Justify question. The topics covered are also standard for the majority of GCSE Business qualifications.
A full mark-scheme is included which suggests potential answers and can be useful to show students once they have attempted to answer the exam themselves. It also included suggested grades based on the 9-1 grading system and which is in line with similar exams in previous years.
This set of resources also comes complete with general guidelines for responding to all 9-mark questions, together with a skeleton answer cribsheet, taking students through each paragraph and can be useful if students wish to re-write their responses to this more complicated question, adhering to the guidance offered.
