Ready made card which can be used to set a health and well being challenge with students. Students can either team up to see who can complete the most challenges in a group, or could use it individually to focus on a few of the challenges that best apply to them. The card includes a mixture of physical, nutritional and emotional well being challenges. Could be run over several weeks as a competition between students, forms, houses etc to promote students taking ownership over their health and well being.

A resource pack full of activities and worksheets for young people suffering from mental health difficulties. Aimed at people with depression but most activities would work for students with mental health conditions in general. Can be worked through as an 8 session programme, or can be used in chunks and as separate activities- however you feel it would be appropriate. The outline of the programme is as follows: 1. A simple activity aimed at lower ability students in order to develop their literacy skills. Includes some simple revision questions which look at heating the home, conduction of heat and payback time. Incorporates key words, grammar, punctuation and comprehension. There is a question sheet and separate answer sheet.
