World Mental Health Day Lesson

World Mental Health Day lesson resource. The mental health day lesson covers the 2025 topic of ‘Access to services - Mental health in catastrophes and emergencies’ looking at possible barriers to obtaining mental health support during difficult times. The lesson also considers some ways of supporting our own mental health.

This is an easy to follow power point lesson (no prior planning, printing or preparation required). The resource is designed to be delivered as one 60 minute lesson but all of our resources are fully editable and designed to allow sections to be added, removed or changed should you need to do so.
