The Saxon Times King’s Game has been devised to give an idea of the timescale for the major events of that tumultuous year 1066, in a fun and entertaining format.

An ideal activity to introduce 1066, re-inforce the events of 1066 or as an end-of-term activity.

They present the story of 1066 from the Death of Edward the Confessor, the coronation of King Harold II that indirectly led to the Battle of Hastings, to Duke William’s progress through southern England to his coronation on 25th December 1066.

The game is A3 size
