2 Week Full Unit of Poetry Planning based on ‘Hot Like Fire’ by Valerie Bloom, suitable for Years 4/5.

Enough slides and activities for each lesson, but I am struggling to find the 'Associations' poem by Valerie Bloom which is supposed to be the stimulus for one of the lessons. I can't find the poem online, could you please direct me to it?
