The Dux Awards Scheme aims to encourage the recognition and reward of top performing pupils in Year 9 (14 year olds). It is also aimed at encouraging higher aspirations by rewarding one or two high-performing pupil from every secondary school with a visit a Russell Group University, accompanied by a teacher.
