250 starter activities on 50 different SRE themes. For some there are more than one so there's more than 250 altogether. The Powerpoint is 370 slides in total with some being answer sheets. Powerpoint is used so it can be printed as a worksheet or used on a standard whiteboard.

There are at least:
50 x Wordsearches
50 x Crosswords
50 x Anagram Sheets
50 x Alphabet Analysers
50 x IDEA Analysers

Includes space for students to explain the keywords and suggested extension activities. Ideal for the start of a lesson, a quick filler, part of a cover lesson or as a plenary on the board with a whiteboard pen.

The idea behind these is to get students to become more literate and think independently about the words that could be used to describe the topic being taught. Often the students will pick up on things that you would not normally expect!
