Another excellent resource from ‘Median&’ - a blog by Don Steward (donsteward.blogspot.co.uk). It demonstrates a rather fine introduction into proving angle sums in polygons through using an isometric 7 pin board. Pupils begin by working out what angles are possible and proceed from there. I am using it tomorrow for a mixed ability lesson and so have put it together into a flipchart and pupil worksheet (so pupils can work at their own pace).
