DNA unwinding is mediated by the translocase activity of Transcription Factor IIH (TFIIH) IN TRANSCRIPTION (Fishburn et al. 2015) not the helicase enzyme. Helicase only functions in replication. make sure to correct it in your slides. Thanks Ashkan
