The PowerPoint displays lyrics & images of a 6-verse song, using key French words and phrases associated with le Tour de France. The PDF gives the meaning of the main words.
All ideas can easily be accompanied by physical actions that help children to memorise the song and illustrate the meaning, e.g. 'les spectateurs' can wave a flag as the cyclists ride past; for T é F in Tour de France, I have used letters from British sign Language (BSL).
