Catherine Cheater teaches French in primary schools and is a consultant, trainer and author. She was one of the writers of the Key Stage 2 Framework for Languages, and formerly Senior Language Teaching Adviser for Primary Languages at CILT, The National Centre for Languages. A busy mother and grandmother, and a keen church musician, Catherine loves being in the classroom, as well as devising and delivering professional development courses, and writing language teaching materials for the primary classroom. She is the author of the Primary French Training Project materials published at www.culturetheque.com, and is a member of the Association for Language Learning and NALA.
