A* AQA AS-Level Biology (New Specification) Revision Notes

These are comprehensive notes, fully covering the first four units of the AQA A-Level Biology specification (the AS units). They are divided into the subsections of the specification, and cover all of the information required to achieve an A* in the exam. They also, in some areas, go slightly beyond the content of the specification to provide you with some extra details which will you answer the hardest questions and achieve the top grade.
My name is Caleb, and I am currently in year 13 at Colchester Royal Grammar School, one of the UK’s highest achieving institutions. I study A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Economics, and am predicted A* in all 5 subjects. These notes have been used throughout sixth form to help me regularly achieve top A* grades in my biology exams at school, and therefore will allow you to do the same.
