Can you read the captions, cut out the pictures and put them back in the right order?

A lovely reading activity based on the story ‘A Christmas Carol’ - for children to practise their reading, memory and sequencing skills.

  • Includes one printable sheet for a child’s personal use. They can read, cut, colour and stick these pictures in the correct order.

  • Blank sequencing page

-Also includes a larger set of the pictures for teaching purposes which can be laminated and used to model the activity or simply used as posters.

(*“How to make a book video” is in the video preview to show children how to make a paper book for their sequencing instead of using the blank sequencing page)

If you need sequencing and writing activities please see my store for the full range of downloads available.

*Please note that I have arranged the pictures in order already. This is mainly to help teachers. I usually ask the children to cut them out and then give them a little shuffle before they start sequencing to challenge themselves!
