A Series of lessons to help lower-ability students understand the use of Symbolism in 'A Christmas Carol' and the motivations for using them. Main focus is on the Ghosts, but widens as the lessons progress. Used with a Set 4 class who are all EAL and SEN, and while it was a challenge to do the 'symbolception' sections, it proved quite useful.
