This exercise is intended for AS/A level students who have studied the career of William Gladstone. It consists of a comprehensive list of words and terms that students should be aware of and understand after studying his career. Terms cover political, domestic, Irish and foreign policy events and beliefs. I found this an excellent way to get students to re-visit their notes, write their own definitions in the spaces provided, and in the class discussion which followed the teacher can clearly identify if there are any misconceptions and clarify them. very useful and practical revision tool used by a very successful and experienced History teacher.
