A training exercise I ran with staff to make them appreciate the need for lesson objectives, outcomes and Level ladders to help students acheive more in lessons.
Instructions:
- Split staff into 7 groups, and give each group newspapers, sellotape and one of the slides as a card.
- Give everyone 45mins to produce their tower and then feedback using the slides to share with staff what information each group had.

A great exercise for training days, for new and old staff alike
I love this activtiy and have done it with lots of different students, I can see the benefit of doing it with staff too. Encourages team work.
