An assembly (powerpoint with accompanying text) about gay mathematician Alan Turing. He cracked the Enigma Code in the war and pioneered computer science and artificial intelligence. He was arrested in 1952, for being gay, and later took his own life. Some say the Apple Computers logo represents his cyanide apple

It's irrelevant whether Alan Turing was 'gay', heterosexual or Chinese. Do you teach your students to label otherwise significant contributors to society as being something different to them?
