This is a very good unit with information to read and comprehension worksheets. I really liked the photos, information, maps. I adapted some of the worksheets to make it easier for 5 year olds. i.e put a world map on the worksheet asking kids to draw a world map and they then coloured the places reindeer are found. I thought the background of the word wall words made it difficult to read the words. Maybe the words needed to be writen in black. I used a lot of the information sheets and read them aloud to the class while they looked at the pictures.
