Join us for an evening with Holland Cotter--a 2009 recipient of the Pulitzer Prize and the chief art critic of the New York Times--as he speaks with Vishakha Desai, President and CEO of Asia Society, and Jay Xu, Director of the Asian Art Museum, about his enthusiasm for and experience in developing critical writing about Asian contemporary art. Against the backdrop of the Asian Art Museum's major exhibition of contemporary art, Phantoms of Asia (on view from May 18-September 2, 2012), the conversation represents the potential to stimulate and catalyze critical dialogue.
