This 22 page document contains character analysis activities for all the characters in the play. There are 2 different questions.
The first question is a matching task in which students will find adjectives describing each of the characters. They have to match this adjective to its synonym and then match it to the correct quotation. This is a good way of giving pupils a deeper understanding of each of the characters and widening their vocabulary. This question can also be used as a reference when pupils are writing detailed essays about characters.
The second question is essentially the same thing but the boxes are blank and the pupils have to come up with their own ideas and thoughts. This is a great way of initiating independent learning without it being too demanding or heavily essay-based.
