A differentiated display to support structuring analytical paragraphs. Used with mid-high ability GCSE and A Level groups, but RAG graded to support lower abilities as needed. Can be used for both literature and language analysis. High success using this structure in assessed pieces, mock exams and the real thing.
Red steps are compulsory, amber are a stretch and green are more challenging. The more confident students are on green, the more they can adapt and bend the structure.
