This is a tried and tested lesson plan for KS2 (but can also work for KS1) about how unkind words can have a lasting effect. The focus is on empathy and understanding the lasting damage a throwaway phrase or action can have on people. The lesson ends with creating a bright, beautiful heart full of love!
Hope you and your pupils enjoy the lesson and if they do why not let others know by leaving a review?

I thought I was getting the slides as well. It's an expensive download for just a lesson plan.

Hi, thanks for your review. It says clearly in the description that this is a lesson plan, no mention of slides. All my lesson plans are carefully written and tested using my years of experience so each lesson plan takes at least four or five hours to create, check, test and upload. You can use it again and again in your school for years to come as many teachers do. I think that half the price of a cup of coffee for this amount of work is pretty reasonable for this. Do check out my range of completely free resources too. I'm keen that teachers should support other teachers.
