The lesson explores the extent of the Permissive Society in the 1960s. The lesson begins by getting students to think about what a permissive society is and then they are introduced to how some in society viewed the changes in the 1960s by two hyperlinked video clips.
They have the opportunity to analyse a source and the lesson ends with essay preparation and guidance. An information sheet is also included.
