This is a lesson which deals with the economic boom of the post war era. There is a powerpoint which looks at the reasons why there was a post war boom and includes a hyperlink of a Conservative party political party broadcast which suggests that the Conservatives were responsible for the boom. The activities include a comparision of wages against real wages and a source evaluation exercise which requires access to the Sally Waller AQA A level textbook. There is also a sheet of economic terms which students will find useful and notes on the age of affluence.
