Electrolysis Booster lesson which uses modelling to help students to understand. Covers one aqueous, one molten and aluminium oxide. To set up the atoms, ions and electrons need cutting out which does take time but I’ve re-used them a lot and students have found it very useful. Rather than use the electrodes on the sheet I just had them draw on the desk with whiteboard pens.
