AQA GCSE Biology: Culturing microorganisms & testing antibacterial compounds

This is an annotated and narrated Powerpoint presentations for GCSE Biology that I made to help my next year’s Year 11 students catch up after Covid19. It focuses on binary fission, how we culture microorganisms, aseptic technique and how we test antibacterial compounds. It complements the GCSE Lab Book that I have on the TES website. It has 10 multiple choice questions designed to emphasise the key concepts and vocabulary and a RAG sheet, to assess knowledge and understanding. It can be used without the narration in class and with it for revision purposes and is fully editable.
