In PDF and Smartnotebook. It is essentially the June 2009 paper but for a number of questions all of the parts a) and b) for 2 and 3 marks have been removed and the questions reworded where required just leaving 1 part at the end. We have found this idea (and maybe you might try it) to be incredibly successful as it challenges the students to really think about what maths they will require and when it is applicable.
