This Arctic Physics Team Race Bundle contains two complete standalone collaborative investigations for Grades 7-8 / Years 8-9 / ages 12-14:

• The Blackout at Aurora Research Station
• The Blackout at Boreal Research Station

In each investigation, Team Polar and Team Solar complete the same six missions under identical conditions. The first team to defend a correct solution earns a speed token, but neither team can restore the station alone. Each team receives different positions of a shared Main Control code, so both code fragments must be combined during the final challenge.

Aurora and Boreal use the same teacher-friendly structure but contain different numerical data, engineering reports, constraints, codes, verification sequences and final energy audits.

Use Aurora for guided consolidation and Boreal as a fresh application or assessment. The bundle is suitable for two separate lessons, repeated assessment, different classes or a longer physics investigation sequence.
