This resource is a four week bundle which contains a unit of work based on creating portraits with a ‘Tudor theme’. I wrote this as the Coordinator of Art at my last school and had a lot of fun teaching this topic to Grade 4 and Grade 5 students. The bundle contains the following resources:
- Monthly detail plan for each lesson
- 4 Powerpoint Presentations based on each lesson
- A set of worksheets relating to the tasks in each lesson
- Useful images of different portraits of Tudor Monarchs
- Basic colour theory concepts explained
