A fantastic classroom and whole school assembly resource idea. We have been Face-timing a local farmer within whole school assemblies. The children have seen fields and how and why they are sprayed. They have seen inside the farmer’s tractor and driven around. This week they met some piglets, cows, chickens and ducks. A great way to engage children. Plus they love the fact that it is live and that they can ask questions there and then.
