B2 First (FCE) Reading and Use of English Part 2: Open Cloze practice pack with 45 exercises, 360 gaps and a detailed answer key.

This resource has been developed to help students build confidence with the grammar and vocabulary tested in Part 2 of the Cambridge B2 First exam.

Rather than relying entirely on mixed exam-style exercises, the pack takes a more structured approach. Students begin by practising individual language areas before moving on to exercises that bring these together.

The aim is to help students recognise the grammatical structures and language patterns they need to use, rather than simply guessing which word fits a gap.

How is the resource organised?
The first 35 exercises are divided into seven language categories, with five exercises dedicated to each. This allows students to concentrate on particular areas of difficulty and gives teachers the flexibility to select exercises according to their students’ needs.
The final 10 exercises remove this categorisation, giving students the opportunity to apply what they have practised in a more realistic exam-style context.

More than just an answer key
