Back to school - getting started check list for class teachers

A simple checklist with some of the key tasks for a class teacher at the start of a new school year.

I always found it helped to have a check list when setting up my classroom and preparing for the first few days and weeks of term. It is great to tick tasks off as they are done!

And I found that it felt good to have it nicely presented - plus this worked better for me than a whole set of post it notes and random scribbles that sometimes made the task feel overwhelming.

This checklist has some of the key jobs to do ready for day 1 - some things to do over the first few weeks and includes some self-care reminders too.
