Jeff Gill ran a six-week experimental cooking club with KS2 pupils. The used techniques of the world’s most innovative chefs to teach basic cookery skills. This dissertation contains a description of the club, background research, thoughts about how the lessons learned in the club could be used more widely in schools, and, most exciting, all the recipes and handouts used in the club.
