THIS 5-WEEK PSHE UNIT takes a holistic look at health and wellbeing, helping children understand the different ways they can care for their bodies and minds. Designed for Years 1–2, it explores being active, drinking water, eating a balanced diet, hygiene and the importance of sleep through practical activities and discussion.

Pupils learn how everyday choices can support their health and wellbeing. Children explore why our bodies need movement, healthy food, water, rest and good hygiene, helping them develop positive habits that support both physical and mental health.

THIS PSHE UNIT INCLUDES:

  • 5 fully planned lessons with PowerPoint presentations
  • Lesson activities exploring healthy lifestyle choices
  • Pre/Post assessment
  • Curriculum objectives included on the final slide of each lesson

LESSON FOCUS:
