Each week includes 5 key quotations for students to memorise for exams.
There is a quotation explosion grid to complete for each quotation including: language techniques and effect / making links across text / historical context / word connotations and links to themes in the text.
The grid has been completed for ‘sharp ring of the doorbell’ from AIC as an example.
There are hints for tricky quotations to help with the quotation explosion.
