This is a blank, adaptable template for a week's Guided Reading. My class were grouped by ability and their activities were rotated each day:
Adult- led reading
Teacher - led reading
Reciprocal reading (a group activity where pupils would read and discuss a shared text, taking on different roles)
Paired reading.
The plan could be used or adapted for any KS2 group.
