This lesson plan is for KS3 or KS4 and looks at masculinity and the pressures that boys and young men face. The activities are designed to open up frank but safe discussion about what it means to identify as a man in a complex and challenging world full of influence and pressure- and that includes negative influences. Although this is one lesson plan, there is enough material to expand into two or even three sessions. Use with a class or small group of boys or open up the discussion and activities to all. Photos are all copyright free.

The pack contains:

  • lesson plan with step by step guidance
  • powerpoint slides
  • scenario cards and prompt questions
