BTEC AAQ Early Childhood Development - Unit 1 Bundle

An excellent bundle that has supported my teaching of this unit hugely. As others have said I have had to edit to suit my school expectations and my teaching style - but that is to be expected and we should all make sure our lessons suit our teaching. However these gave me the initial information, saving me time. It is expensive, but I feel worth it in the time that would have been taken to prepare this bundle and now I have it I can use it each year. Thank you

Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed. Every lesson requires a separate student document to be printed, often 5–6 pages per student, consisting largely of gap-fill activities. The pre-topic reading (again over 25 pages per student) appears to be little more than the specification copied and pasted, followed by definitions written in American English. The PowerPoint slides are incredibly basic and contain far too much unnecessary school-specific vocabulary, making them difficult to use without substantial editing. The amount of work required to adapt it for my students defeats the purpose entirely. For £110, I expected something considerably more polished and classroom-ready. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it at this price.

This is a fantastic resource. Well organised and easy to follow thank you.

An amazing bundle! There is a presentation for each lesson, with a worksheet to go with it. The pre reading booklet is also brilliant! Thank you!
