This unit of work is designed around the novel ‘Buddy’ by Nigel Hinton. This is a substantial unit of work which has been designed around achieving SQA National 4 outcomes but can be used to align with any curriculum.
The unit contains various activities to secure assessment outcomes including: Reading, Writing, Talk and Listening assessments.
The unit also contains assessment opportunities to:
-Complete a Critical Evaluation which could support the N4 Added Value unit
-Complete Talk and Listening assessments
-Opportunities to write about fashion, favourite music and Buddy Holly.
