This was a an observed lesson on Positive and Negative Ions set in the style of a CSI investigation. Students worked in groups, Each table was a different suspect with different Ions they had to test (you can copy how I set it out using the results on the powerpoint) Takes a bit of setting up but the students enjoyed it.

Also has an evidence report card where they write up their results and a writing frame to write them up.

Students moved round each suspect in groups and each student performed a designated test.
