This is a student workbook for each student participant that accompanies the eight lesson Can DNA-v course.

We have put together a student workbook that aligns with the eight sessions. Each workbook contains worksheets for each session. Students fill in their names and age at the beginning of the workbook, this then becomes their book to work through. The workbook format allows them and the tutor/teacher to follow their progress.

  1. There is a Muris Self-Efficacy evaluation tool for children at the BEGINNING of the workbook entitled “self-Efficacy Questionnaire for children (SEQ-C) Muris Scale Entry- for Participants”.
    This evaluation tool should be filled out in the first session by the student.
  2. There is a Muris Self-Efficacy evaluation tool for children at the END of the workbook entitled “self-Efficacy Question-naire for children (SEQ-C) Muris Scale Exit- for Participants”. This evaluation tool should be filled out in the final session by the student.
  3. There is also a scoring sheet at the end of the workbook, this allows you to score the results from the Muris Scale, in academic, social and emotional self-efficacy. If the student scores higher at exit than at entry in the evaluation, then they have improved in the related self-efficacy.
  4. In addition to the above quantitative evaluation, is a qualitative feedback sheet that the student fills in at the end of the final session.
