Resources through the medium of Welsh which discuss the origins, role, selection process, removal, limitations and reform of the jury under the English and Welsh legal system.

This is intended to be used as flipped learning - the students should watch the video before proceeding to complete the worksheet. This should take them about an hour to complete, which they may do in one sitting or staggered by sections, allowing them to take control of their learning. There are two questions at the end of the learning pack which are taken from the WJEC example materials - answers could be planned out and written during class time or adopted as a stimulus to prove student’s learning during a more conversational lesson type.

These resources are relevant to Unit 1 Section 6.3 of the WJEC/CBAC syllabus, for teaching from 2017.
