The PowerPoint will need prior preparation- it goes alongside Destiny’s Child ‘Stand Up For Love’. I did have it set up so that it played along with the lyrics but I no longer have the song. So instead I have attached the link from YouTube.
A touching assembly to get the pupils to consider how others live and survive and was an introduction to raising money for pupils in other countries who are less fortunate.

Sorry to say that but this presentation just perpetuates colonialist tropes. School perpetuates social injustices. As Oscar Wilde said against charity, the heart is more quickly moved than the mind and the real goal should be to reconstruct society so that charity is unnecessary. Schools should be part of that project.
