A Tarsia (tessellating tiles) puzzles with the names and formula of some common (and less common) chemical compounds, with a helping of 'elements-beginning with C' for good measure.

Either you or they cut out the cards, and assemble them to make a hexagon by matching the name with the symbol.

Moderately evil, pretty engaging.

Made my top set year 7 work really hard. Just be aware, for the non-Chemists, Arsole is a real compound C4H5As. Caused great hilarity in my group and a slight panic in me. :-)
