This is a lesson on introducing Classroom Jobs into EYFS. I find they give children responsibility and a shared sense of belonging.
We give each child an opportunity to do all the different jobs - it does require monitoring and ensuring children are all getting a chance. I just do it using the register and monitor it that way!
