Cohesive Devices - Year 6

This Year 6 resource focuses on introducing and practicing cohesive devices to help children improve the clarity and flow of their writing. It includes clear examples, explanations, and practice activities designed to build confidence and support SATs preparation.

The resource is aimed at children working in Upper Key Stage 2, but it is also written to support parents and carers who may be helping with homework or reinforcing learning at home.

This follows an ‘I do, we do, you do’ pattern. The first page has an explanation of the topic and some working examples and the second page has practice questions.
